Update 2 so ive regained my hellcase account, and as i suspected the knife isn’t available. however, i still dont hv access to my hellcase account and will submit ticket to resolve issue, once the knife is in my inventory, i’ll update again. TLDR Hellcase is a scam, if u win big without depositing a lot on their site, u wont get your skinĮdited 1 after reading most replies here, im quite convinced that im actually scammed by someone posing as hellcase support staff. what a price to pay for stupidity believing in some gambling sites which are even endorsed by our pro players. My total lost at the end of the day is almost 300 dollars of which the 100 dollars is probably refundable if i request fraud transaction.

I was immediately contacted by hellcase support guy, he added me on steam and discord wanting to to teach me how to withdraw the skin ( due to the skin isn’t available for withdrawal ).Īfter several weird request, comes the most unacceptable part where he needed my credit card CVV number to proceed with the refund ( which he requested me to buy 100dollar HELLCASE card on G2A for Hellcase account verification purpose ), which of course i dont comply.Īnd he said if i dont give him that, then there’s nothing he can do to help me get my hellcase account back ( which im locked out now btw ), and no knife either.Īnyone with the same experience mind sharing yours? are these guy legit?
